New Troy Shirt & More Details

Good afternoon or evening I guess. Well, as the countdown has begun the excitement grows. Football season is almost here! I called my friend Shannon at Screentech today to see if they had printed the shirts based on the idea I had given them. Yes, I gave them the idea but I got it from a bumper sticker. Okay, I do give credit where credit is due. Who did the bumper sticker I don't know but anyway back to my story. She told me that she had just put the shirts out and for me to come by and look at them and get my bumper sticker. Well, of course, that is the first place I went during my lunch. I love the shirts. They added a few additional elements that the bumper sticker didn't have and I love them. We were thinking (Julie and I) that it would be neat if everyone who rode on the bus would wear the same shirt on game day. Now, if you don't like the shirt that is fine but if you would like to get a shirt go to Screentech or for the out-of-towners - let me know size and I will be glad to get one for you. The shirts are $9.95 each. Screentech also has several Troy shirts with new designs for the upcoming year. I was so excited about this one that I couldn't contain my excitement and I'm sorry to say that I don't remember what the other ones look like. See pictures at the bottom of the page. I'm sorry they are so big. I'm learning!


On to the trip. The bus we have is the New LIMO BUS. It has several tvs (all connected to each other) so if someone wants to bring movies they can. It has a killer stereo system, built in coolers - but we are welcome to bring our own and use theirs too....if we need them. The bus doesn't have a bathroom but we can make pitstops. Our drivers name is Edwin. Bill assures me he is a great driver. I do trust Bill and I see him every Monday so he knows if we have a bad trip he will hear from me on a weekly if not daily basis. Ha, ha.



We plan to go look at the bus this week and take pictures so we have more of an idea so we can plan. I will post pics also.




I've thought of a couple of other items we may want to bring on the trip. Some of these items may not pertain or interest you but the ones of us that need them, we will definitely bring them.


Camera - we want to show everyone what a good time we had.

Any Troy Items - Car Magnets, Pom Poms, etc..... I want that bus decorated!!!! We want LSU to know we are in town!

Games - cards

Snacks to share

Alavert Allergy & Sinus (I think Julie and I will have that one covered. That is just for us that have allergies)

Cellphone - I think I might need to leave mine at HOME!!!!



So far, I have 23 signed up for the bus! I only have 1 spot left. If you know of someone that wants to go - have them contact me ASAP.

I'm looking forward to our trip. We will have a blast. I will post the itnerary for everyone once it is finalized.
